New Functionality - August
by Craig Raw on 2010/09/14
BrandsEye is proud to announce that we can now differentiate and track by gender! Yes, indeed, we can organise and sort the databased on the gender of the author.
This comes in handy for brands especially when trying to identify consumer behaviour and trends. We can use this information to not only analyse the current position of a brand, but also exactly who their target audience is, and more importantly whether they are targeting correctly based on the new insights acquired. The new functionality will also help to track and manage online campaigns, and identify what works better amongst women versus men.
The gender can be analysed from a quantitative point of view as the data can be aggregated across the set. For instance, under the custom and report tabs, a user can pull a graph illustrating which sender is contributing most to the conversation based on the search query. For instance, we can narrow or broaden the search by tailoring the search query.
The information can then be pulled into a graph to help identify consumer trends and behaviour.
These graphs can be compared to those generated for competitors and other brands, producing useful insights and understanding of the brand, its competitive environment and its audience.
In summary, the new functionality BrandsEye now offers has several business applications. If you have any comments or queries regarding these and other BrandsEye functions, please feel free to contact us on support@brandseye.com. We are here to deal with any BrandsEye and ORM related questions.
