The power of BrandsEye is at its most evident when it is seen live in action (as is the case here). The combination of human intelligence with the statistical learning ability of the BrandsEye filtering system creates an in-depth reputation analysis through the tagging of mentions and intelligent, automated, statistical analysis. These real time reports and easy to understand graphs allow you to react within minutes, effectively protecting your brand's online reputation. All of the information below is taken directly from BrandsEye - tracking itself!
All mentions of your brand (including sub-brands, senior staff and competitors) are picked up in real time and managed in an easily accessible central application. Human interaction then trains the tool to enable it to automatically sort results by relevancy.
Each mention can also be viewed individually along with its name, author and the date that it appeared. Click the

Each mention can be tagged with a number of criteria to help qualify the state of your brand's online reputation. Rate a wide range of factors including the author's credibility, sentiment of the mention, date of publication, if website links exist and media origin.
Divide your total mentions further by the type of sentiment that they expressed - from anger to acclamation - in order to gauge the general online feeling towards your brand.
You can also see a summary of where most comment is coming from - it is the press, or consumer driven?
Viewing your total mentions according to the credibility of the source allows you to gauge where your brand is gaining recognition and where your attention should be focussed.
Your final online reputation report can be customised by BrandsEye's filters to reflect only the information that you deem important - resulting in an overall Reputation Score that can be compared with your competitors. This Reputation Score acts as the "spot price" of your brand at any moment and is graphed on a time graph for easy comparison.
The Reputation Graph allows you to plot your brand's reputation over time, and analyse where and when things went right... or wrong.
BrandsEye also allows for fully customisable graphs and mentions to be filtered out. These correspond to particular conditions which the user selects (such as authors credibility, sentiment, mention's source as well as websites traffic, Page Rank etc.).
