Product Manager

We're looking for a product manager to help us transform our product roadmap into reality, working closely with our top-notch development team. - Manage and maintain a prioritized product roadmap for all our applications.
- Translate product strategy into well-articulated functional requirements, working with a team of world-class developers to bring those features and capabilities to life. You'll be project managing each enhancement and innovation from start to finish, supporting the engineering process.
- Analyse and optimize the continued success of our applications according to defined metrics.
- Understand user and business needs and create a positive user experience.
- Troubleshoot product issues and answer product questions. Be the product expert.
- Maximise efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are expected.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
- With a technical background, you can speak like an engineer but you're able to communicate technical information in a non-technical way to others
- Good awareness of current web technologies, trends, products, design standards and familiarity with web-based product development using agile methodologies
- Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces – ability to create examples through wireframes and mock-ups – is a plus
- Experience or interest in data visualisation is another added bonus.

- A passionate self-starter – able to progress independently with little guidance or structure
- Able to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects at the same time
- A superb team player – approachable and willing to help whenever needed
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
